Antwerp, 11 April 2022 – TRAINM announces that Stefan Yee has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of TRAINM, a leading outpatient Neuro (post) Rehabilitation group, with clinics in Antwerp and Ghent-South (Zottegem).
Stefan Yee has more than 30 years of experience in audit, corporate law, M&A, corporate finance, investment banking and private equity with companies as KPMG, Linklaters, Lessius, FPIM International, Beluga (Euronext) and as the founder and CEO of PE Group, a Belgian privately held general private equity firm.
Stefan Yee is and has been an investor and/or board member of several private and listed companies in various industries, including at present, amongst others, as Chairman of Unifiedpost Group (Euronext), Hyloris Pharmaceuticals (Euronext) and Axiles Bionics.
Stefan holds Master degrees in Law and Management from the Universities of Brussels (VUB and ULB Solvay Business School) and the University of Chicago Law School (as a BAEF Hoover Foundation Fellow).
